Which sizes does the Agrimax RT 657 come in?
Each size links to its own page with the width, rim and fitment notes. Not sure which one your tractor uses? Read it off the sidewall of the tire you are replacing, or use the tire size converter.
How do you read the Agrimax RT 657 size?
Take 600/65R28 as an example. It is 600 mm (23.6 in) wide on a 28 in (711 mm) rim. The R in a radial size marks the construction, and in a metric size the first number is the width in millimeters and the second is the aspect ratio. Our tractor tire size guide explains every number on the sidewall.
Before you order, check four things: the rim diameter matches your wheel, the load rating covers your heaviest working weight, the new tire matches the other tire on the same axle, and the size matches what the tractor maker approves.
Who does the Agrimax RT 657 suit?
Choose it if your ground stays wet or heavy, or the tractor logs many hours a year. R-1W lugs run about 20% deeper than R-1, so there is more rubber to wear and more bar to bite with. The rim range, 28 to 38 inches, covers utility through row-crop tractors.
What are the limits of the Agrimax RT 657?
R-1W costs more than R-1 and the deeper lug adds weight and road noise. For dry ground and light yearly hours a standard R-1 may be enough. The R1 vs R1W guide helps you decide. Radials also need careful pressure setting: use the maker load table for your weight.
How does the Agrimax RT 657 compare with similar tires?
These models in our catalog overlap with the Agrimax RT 657 in size, so they are the ones you are most likely to be choosing between. Compare price per tire in the size tables, and compare the tread and load data, not only the brand name.
